How would you describe your Mirka Bridal Couture experience?
My Mirka Bridal Couture experience was all round amazing. Mirka and her team were absolutely fabulous at helping me pick my dream dress. I will continue to recommend Mirka Bridal Couture to my friends and family.
Could you tell us a bit about your dress?
It is ivory in colour with beautiful lace details and a perfectly flowing chiffon skirt. It has long lace sleeves with a gorgeous cut out back. The detail and quality of the dress is just breathtaking.
Did you know it was the one right away, when you tried on the dress?
Straight away! I tried on so many beautiful dresses but as soon as I tried on the Skye dress I knew it was the one. I felt myself in it and could not imagine wearing anything else on my big day. It was perfect.
What was your biggest wedding inspiration?
I got inspirations for my wedding mainly from scrolling through Pinterest. I always liked the more boho style which I wanted to reflect in my dress.
Tell us some more about your big day?
Our wedding day ended up being a little bit different from what we had planned due to the Coronavirus restrictions at the time. Although it was a lot smaller than we originally intended I would not change it for the world. It was very special and intimate. A day to remember forever.
What is your favourite picture from you wedding day and why is this image so special to you?
My favourite picture is the first picture we got as a married couple once we walked out the town hall. We were both so happy and our family threw rice at us walking out. This is a tradition from both the countries we are originally from. Both our parents had the same done to them on their wedding day, which makes it that little bit more meaningful to us.
Finally, do you have any advice for future brides visiting Mirka Bridal Couture?
Be open minded to trying on different styles of dresses. Trust the girls and enjoy this amazing experience.
